We are back for the 2019 Tire Rack One Lap of America!

April 2, 2019

We are back! After a 7 year hiatus we are returning to the Tire Rack One Lap of America! This year we will be participating in a 2017 Ford Shelby GT350R, which belongs to co-driver Jason Stormowski, for which this will be his first One Lap.
We are very excited to have Imperial Communications, Elkhart Lake’s Road America, Ford Performance and Frank Motorsports Professional Services on board as our main supporters. Please join us here for our journey!

Despite all our attempts to keep ourselves from winning, we still managed to win our class! We are now sitting in the Tire Rack waiting for the award ceremony and then on the road one last time. Home is calling!

Here are pictures of the Cadillac CTS-V that crashed at Road America. And also a picture of our friends EVO being brought in to the pits.

Also a picture of the Mustang that wrecked during the autocross in Nebraska.

Road America

May 11, 2012

After what looked to be disaster on the drag strip, 25 points out of first in our run group. Enrique delivers 26 place in the first event at Road America.
We do have some very bad news to deliver, the Evo blew up in the long straight this morning.
Which put us in 1st place (in our class) with two events left. Everyone cross your fingers we will be back on the track at 1pm CT. Pete

On the road again…

May 11, 2012

Back on the road, now we are heading towards Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI.
We had another up/down day today at Brainerd. We beat our friends in the Evo in both track sessions, just like we needed to, but then we had issues at the low E.T. run and ended up 63rd overall and 4th in class. This basically makes it extremely unlikely that we can catch the Evo. We are a little disappointed but still really enjoying ourselves.
Besides who knows what tomorrow may bring, as this thing is not over until it is over. We are now 30th overall and 2nd in class.
